WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing per the provided line sheet, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are constantly adding and improving our product mix, we're happy to field inquiries regarding products appearing in the web store but not the line sheet, but not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing.
OPENING ORDERS
A minimum order of $100 is required on opening orders with a 100% deposit upfront. Opening orders must include a copy of your Reseller's Permit # / Resale Certificate #, and Tax ID. Orders must be fully prepaid either via Pay Pal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) prior to shipment of goods. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
When your soap order is ready to ship, we will contact you with an invoice for the remaining balance.
REORDERS
A minimum order of $75 is required on reorders with a 100% upfront deposit. Orders must be prepaid via Pay Pal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) prior to shipment of goods. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

CARRIAGE LEVEL
Our Carriage Level amount is $600 dollars. We don’t offer a lot of other discounts because we're committed to keeping our wholesale prices down all year round. If you’re looking to buy a particular item in larger quantities, just let us know and I’ll see what I can do.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal are acceptable forms of payment. Shipments are typically dispatched within a week of the products cure time. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the order to be processed. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion in selecting the carrier to be used on any shipment. Specific carriers may be used and prices considered on a case-by-case basis.
Orders of $1000 or more require a 75% deposit at the time the order is placed and is non refundable after the 72 hour window to change or cancel an order. If an order with a deposit is canceled before the 72 hour window, then your payment will be refunded with a 5% cancellation fee.
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS
We take pride in the development, formulation, design, and overall aesthetic of all our products. As all of our products are handmade, each individual item may differ slightly in appearance. This lends to and enhances the character of the overall mix of products. Hand crafted soaps take 5 weeks to cure, so please take that into account when placing a wholesale order with Beetle & Bones Apothecary, we do have a variety of ready to ship soaps, so please take a look at that section.
DAMAGE & RETURNS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Contact us at hello@beetlenbones.com within 3 business days of receipt to discuss if any goods were damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, however damaged product must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets the aforementioned qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 business days after receipt. Barring damage in transit, all wholesale merchandise sales are final. A 20% restocking fee will be taken from the refund amount.
DROPSHIPPING & CONSIGNMENT
We are not offering drop shipping or consignment arrangements at this time. We value your interest in our line and appreciate your consideration.

Restrictions: Items may not be resold through marketplaces such as Open Sky, Amazon, Etsy, etc., and only may be resold through the retailer's brick and mortar store, or the retailer's own website (Does not apply to Private Label.) Items may not be advertised at less than 50% above wholesale prices (Does not apply to Private Label.)
