refunds + exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted at this time. However, if you have any problems or concerns with your order please contact us and we’ll make every attempt to correct the issue.

  • Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We will offer a full refund for items damaged during shipping -- photo evidence required before refund.


 US shipping

We ship using USPS Priority Mail or First Class for domestic orders.

  • Items will be sent out in 2- 3 days of placing your order unless this lands on a US holiday.

  • “Made to Order” items will be shipped out as soon as they are finished.

  • If you need an item earlier than the projected ship time, please contact us (hello@nestingzone.com) and we will work together to figure out a way to get your items to you faster.


is my soap melting?

Unlike store both soaps, hand crafted soaps are special. We only use the best oils to formulate our bars and try our best to come up with a balanced soap that is hard, cleansing, yet nourishing. 


my soap looks diffferent

Item color may vary slightly from batch to batch. We do our best to accurately portray each handcrafted item. Think of each soap stone as a unique unicorn created just for you!



when will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped out within two to three business days. Orders are shipped USPS and you will receive a tracking number. If you need our goodies quicker, please send us an email hello@nestingzone.com


how about insurance?

Shipping prices do not include insurance.  If you would like insurance on your items, please contact us and we can set up a custom listing for you that includes insurance on your package.

Nestingzone is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages. 


oh no, wrong address

We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses provided by the buyer.

Shipping charges will not be refunded if you make a mistake.

If you catch a mistake before your items are shipped, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate and update your order.
