5 Things : Studio Vibes 02

Studio Vibes

Let's turn up the tunes and listen to Studio Vibes #2!

Festival season is right around the corner so I wanted to highlight some of my favorite Electronic and Dance tunes just in time for the season to start!

I'm always on the hunt for new songs & artists, so if you're into anything that's giving you the feels, please let me know below.

Hope you enjoy and follow me on Soundcloud!

01. Major Lazer & DJ Snake - Lean On (Featuring )
What is a festival playlist without a little Major Lazer. This is the first single taken from his fourth coming album and it's definitely a banger. I adore MØ's style and vocals. It perfectly compliments the vibes Major Lazer is throwing down! Plus, the music video is pretty awesome. It dropped a few days ago, check it out here!

02. DR MEAKER - Freaks feat. Cappo D and Sharlene Hector
I.LOVE.THIS! I feel as though this will be my summer anthem, no this is my year anthem. The message of this song is great and just makes you feel right - it makes you feel like a freak.

03. Sushi Killer - Waifu Dream
Do you believe in a OTP (one true paring)?! Well after listening to this song, I sure do. If you don't know what a Waifu is, I'll save you the hassle of jumping onto Urban Dictionary and give you the definition run down.
Waifu : A term coined by Otaku and Weeaboo alike for their 2D significant others; predominantly anime and video game characters. A Waifu, in contrast to a harem, is the love between one man and his one and only Waifu. You treat your Waifu with the utmost respect and courtesy. (Urban Dictionary) I am a big lover of anime, so this song spoke volumes to me. Can I be your Waifu Dream ?!?

04. Draper- Joyride
Hands down, this has to be one of my favorite tracks! From the first time I heard it a few months ago, I can't go a week without repeating it several times. It literally takes you on a joyride and just sets the right tone for the day! (Can I please add it to ever Studio Vibes playlist or is that too much....)

05. TwoThirds - To The Sky II (Feat. Cahb & Moleman)
Now let's bring you back down after that joyride. This track is just lovely, smoothing, and cinematic. I mean, come on, you can't always be on cloud 9. Sometimes cloud 8 is just as fine. This song takes you on a different kind of journey, maybe one driving down the coast line watching explosions......Until next time nesters. Peace!
